As a result, Laith taught himself the skills he now has and uses that to impact the lives of many people through his work. Laith loves to spend time with his family, enjoys working with young people and helping people to achieve their dreams and goals through mentorship.

Fabian Sebastian Thorpe is a passionate entrepreneur with a decade of experience in business development and finance. He embarked on a journey in the world of finance, making significant contributions to renowned institutions such as Mizuho International, Cantor Fitzgerald, and JP Morgan. In his early years, Fabian dedicated himself to investment banking. However, a profound desire for entrepreneurship and a longstanding passion for the music industry led him to establish Code Group Ltd in May 2020.

On a personal note, Fabian is a devoted Christian with a passion for working with Youth Initiatives and storytelling. This commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond the business realm and reflects his values in both professional and personal spheres.
